About Us

In January 2010, Chop’s Steaks and Seafood Restaurant opened Fort Wayne’s first Wine Bar! Chop’s Wine Bar is located right next door to our restaurant.

Chop’s Wine Bar has a unique big city feel but hails our city’s friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Come in and feel like you have escaped Fort Wayne and enjoy our great food, hand selected wines, craft beers, craft cocktails, and bourbons.

The Wine Bar features a wide variety of menu items to share. We have an extensive wine list that includes wine by the bottle, wine by the glass and wine flights. You can also enjoy a variety of craft beers or your favorite cocktail!

Chop’s Wine Bar is a place for friends to gather, relax and celebrate life where great food and wine comes together. Unique areas of the Wine Bar include a Chef’s table that seats up to eight and our food bar to watch our chefs create!

So call Chop’s Wine Bar today…We suggest reservations and welcome walk-in guests!

One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.

What  People Say

“We had dinner at CWB on 11/3 and absolutely everything was amazing! We had a few food restrictions at our table (which usually makes eating out stressful) & instead of acting annoyed with us, our server had the chef come to our table! He walked us through our options & made us feel so welcomed! The service, the food, the chef, everything – best night we’ve had out at a restaurant in years!” KRISTY RICE “In town on business. Recommended by a client. Exquisite wines and a delightful little Bistro menu. Definitely five stars. I will be returning next time I am in the Fort Wayne area.” NATALIE TABER-DOVER “I’ve always enjoyed the Wine Bar for its atmosphere and unique menu. If you want Chops, go to the other side. It’s changed a bit since Chuck and Kara sold. However, the team at the Wine Bar make a point of getting to know you, what you like to eat and drink. Will miss Kevin the kitchen. Looking forward to the creations of the new chef! Love seeing all my friends there.” LISA THOMPSON
